Before and After School Care Centre and Holiday Programme

Before and After School Care (BAASC) is offered on-site for students in Kindergarten to Year 6. The hours of operation are as follows:

Bookings can be made on a permanent or casual basis. An optional light breakfast is offered each morning, if staff are advised by parents. A balanced and nutritional afternoon tea is provided each day.

William Clarke College also offers a Holiday Programme throughout the year for students aged between 5 and 12 years. This service is available for students at the College and also the wider community. The Holiday Programme operates from 7.30am to 5.30pm each day.

Please note: Before and After School Care has a new home. From the start of Term 3, Before and After School Care will be located in the ‘Undercroft’ on the ground floor of the new Year 2 Building. The new facility is much larger space with toilet facilities within the Centre. To enter the Centre, please continue to park in the Junior School car park and follow the signs that will direct you to the Centre.
