Employment Requirements

The College seeks to employ Christian men and women in administrative and teaching roles who have a clear understanding of their own Christian vocation and calling. All members of the staff are willing to serve the students, their parents, their colleagues and their profession in and beyond the classroom, actively challenging the students to explore Christ and to achieve their best as they learn to learn for life.

Apart from the academic life of the College, teaching staff are also expected to involve themselves in the co-curricular life of the College. In addition all teaching staff are involved in the pastoral care of students through the Tutor and House systems of the College.

All members of the College staff are actively encouraged to continue to develop their knowledge and skills through an extensive, individually focused professional development plan.
