How to Enrol
Whether you're exploring options for your child’s first school experience or seeking a new learning environment, our enrolment process is designed to be personal, transparent and responsive to your family’s needs.
We welcome applications throughout the year, with key intake points in:
- Preparatory School
- Kindergarten
- Year 7
- Year 11
Additional places may become available in other year levels depending on enrolment movement.
Tours
Families are welcome to book a student-led tour for an opportunity to hear from key College staff and Student Ambassadors, and to view the College facilities. Tour dates are communicated via the College website and are held multiple times each term.
Information Evenings
Prospective parents are invited to attend an Information Evening with the Head of College during the enrolment process. These dates will be communicated via the Future Parent Portal, email, the College website and social media.

Enrolment Process

Step 1: Submit an Application
Applications are welcome at least 24 months before entry (except Preparatory School which is 12 months). Only one application form is required for either Prep or K-12. Application fees apply. You will be required to complete our online application form and provide the following documentation:
- Proof of Citizenship
- Student's Aust. passport bio data page; or
- Aust. Birth Certificate; or
- Aust. Citizenship document; or
- Aust. Visa.
- Medicare Immunisation History Statement; and
- Other documents that may be relevant (see the Enrolment form preamble)
When completed applications are processed, your child will be placed on our Registered Student List and an acknowledgement letter is sent. You will be provided with a login to our Future Parent Portal where additional supporting documents can be uploaded. Step 2: Interview
Families are invited to attend an enrolment interview at the College. This is an opportunity to ask questions, meet the Enrolments Team and explore if the College is the right fit for your family, and for us to ascertain if your child is the right fit for the College.
Step 3: Offer of Enrolment
Successful applicants will receive a formal Letter of Offer along with the Conditions of Enrolment (CoE) – the contract between the College and your family. To confirm your child’s place, offers are to be accepted, the Conditions of Enrolment and the enrolment fee paid. This should be completed before the deadline.
