We are delighted to share that William Clarke College has been recognised with an Xref Engage Change Champion Award. This award acknowledges organisations who give their people a voice, achieve exceptional employee engagement and use feedback to make positive organisational change.
This year, we saw an average improvement of 9% between our last two surveys, with encouraging growth across Engagement, Wellbeing and Progress. These results reflect a culture where people increasingly feel heard, valued and part of shaping meaningful change.
As a Christ-centred community, we are deeply committed to caring for each person and walking this journey together with faith and purpose. We are so grateful to our staff for their honesty, their voice and all that they so generously bring to the College to deliver a quality education for our students.
