Last Sunday evening 22 girls from Years 3–6 headed to the Sydney Opera House to compete in the Dance section at the Sydney Eisteddfod. Every student performed with wonderful expression and showed great strength in executing leg mounts, lifts, turns and jetés. Competing against 23 schools, they proudly represented the College scoring an impressive 86/100 for their dance to a musical piece from The Lion King. Congratulations to all involved! What an amazing experience for our young dancers to perform on the stage of such an iconic performing arts venue.
