Strategic and Master Plan
Strategic Snapshot 2025–2027
William Clarke College’s Strategic Plan for 2025–2027 outlines a bold vision for education in a rapidly changing world. Grounded in the College’s purpose—a Christ-centred community developing extraordinary learners with a passion to serve others—the plan focuses on four key priorities:
- Our Learning: Enhancing classroom experiences through a refined curriculum and support for technology-rich learning.
- Our People: Investing in staff development, wellbeing, and recruitment to build a thriving professional community.
- Our Christian Purpose: Deepening the College’s identity as a Christ-centred community and expanding opportunities for faith exploration.
- Our Resources: Ensuring sustainable growth through strategic infrastructure, funding, and future planning.
Underpinned by the A.R.T. cultural framework—Authentic, Relational, Transformative—the plan empowers students to grow in academic mastery, enterprise skills, and Christ-like character.
Master Plan: Campus Development to 2027
The Master Plan translates our strategic vision into physical form, guiding the evolution of the Kellyville school campus over the next decade. Designed to support learning, belonging, and community, the staged developments include:
Completed Work:
- A state-of-the-art STEM facility known as the Branwhite Centre
- Expansion of Primary School classrooms and specialist spaces to accommodate four P–6 streams
Yet to be Completed Work:
- The Bryson Building; in the heart of the campus creating a central hub featuring new libraries, expanded canteen and café, and collaborative learning spaces for Primary and Secondary students
- Development of the field behind the existing oval
- Development of a unified Primary School precinct and expanded play areas
- Construction of a Performing Arts Centre with flexible indoor and outdoor performance areas
All areas are designed to ‘future-proof’ the campus while preserving green space. Our goal is to create inspiring environments that nurture a love of learning and a strong sense of belonging. The current plan was developed in 2017, and we are now undertaking a review exercise which may bring fresh vision or adjusted priorities for the next 10 years of development.
We look forward to sharing regular updates as these plans unfold.
